Spring Valley® Biotin 5000mcg is a dietary supplement for hair, skin, and nail health. This hair, skin, and nail health support supplement has been specially formulated without gluten and without milk, egg, peanut, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, or yeast.
This product contains no yeast, sugar, starch, preservatives, or artificial colors.
Directions (from the manufacturer’s label)
Adults, take one softgel one to five times daily, preferably with a meal.
Warning: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. It is advisable to consult your doctor before using biotin doses above 2,500 mcg per day. If any adverse reactions occur, stop use and consult your doctor. Keep out of reach of children.

Spring Valley Biotin Softgels 5000mcg 120counts ব্যবহার করছি কিছুদিন ধরে, মোটামুটি ঠিকঠাক। ফল বুঝতে হয়তো আরও কিছুদিন লাগবে। দেখতে ভালো, ব্যবহারেও বড় কোনো সমস্যা নেই। এই দামে খারাপ না।
