Puritan’s Pride Saw Palmetto 450 mg capsules contain a high-quality extract of saw palmetto berries, which is standardized to contain 45% fatty acids and sterols.
Directions (from the manufacturer’s label)
For adult men, take one (1) capsule five times daily, preferably with meals. Capsule may be opened and prepared as a tea.
