CoQ10 levels decline as we age, and certain medications, such as statins, can also deplete CoQ10 levels. Puritan’s Pride Co Q-10 100 mg supplement provides a convenient and effective way to boost your CoQ10 levels.
Directions (from the manufacturer’s label)
For adults, take one (1) softgel one to four times daily, preferably with meals.
Warning: Co Q-10 is not intended to serve as a replacement for any Statin therapy, nor should you discontinue taking any prescribed medications while supplementing with Co Q-10. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur.
