Directions (from the manufacturer’s label)

For occasional use only: 1 to 2 capsules taken at bedtime with 8 ounces of water, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Short-term cleansing program: 1 to 2 capsules at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to 15 days. Do not repeat the program for at least 6 to 8 weeks. Always take with at least a full glass of liquid.

Warning: Contains cascara sagrada, rhubarb, buckthorn bark and senna leaves. Do not exceed recommended dose. Taking without enough liquid may cause choking; do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. Not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers, or children under 18. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, diarrhea or loose stools. Rectal bleeding, cramping or no bowel movement after use may indicate a serious condition. Consult your physician if you have a medical condition or take medication. Keep out of reach of children.
